Mein Auto: 2000 z3 coupe 2.8

2000 z3 coupe 2.8 52tu misfire

Engine started to misfire. Service light came on. Still runs and starts but rough runing and loss of power.Used Peake and coded all cylinder misfire. Planning on new plugs and fuel filter and air filter. What else should I be looking at. Could Mass Flow air sensor be causing the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. zooz3
