Should i get spacers??? Which brand?

Im thinking of getting spacers for my 2011 e90. Im only planning on getting the rear. i only need about 10-12mm spacers for my rear wheels. I heard some spacers are no good. Does anyone have a clue which ones are better quality? I heard H&R has good ones, is this true?

Are spacers worth it? Is there anything i should know about them before i buy?

Also, where can i get longer lug nuts for my wheels if i get the spacers and how do i know which ones will fit for my wheels? Any advice would be appreciated!

Checkcout Turner Motorsports website, they sell great spacers with lugs too, I believe. If you follow all the necessary safety precautions that come with spacers you should be fine

Burger Motorsports sells spacers with lugs as well. Have ordered a few things from them and have never been disappointed with the product or service. And I think, like Turner mentioned above, they are a site sponsor so that's a bonus.

So i looked thru both Burger & Turner motorsports.. I see that Burger is about $100 a pair with lug nuts. This is perfect for my budget range.

But, do any lug nuts work? Or of they have to be specific lugs for certain rims? I have MSR 045 wheels on mine (not the best, i know) Would the lug nuts they offer fit with these wheels?

Are you using the stock lug nuts? If yes than you will be fine cuz burger tuning lug nuts are just longer but everything else is just like stock...

But do use the longer lug nuts and do not try the stock lugs with spacers even if it is 10mm spacer. Heard a lot of stories of them failing. I am using 10/15m set up for my stock style 189 wheels from last 3 months with zero issues.

The lugs came with the wheels. usually when i take my wheels off i use a different lug nut key. I cant use the standard cross wrench because it wont fit into the hole to remove the lug nuts. But i dont think the lug nut is a different size, just the socket its in is tighter than stock wheels..
