High mileage X5
Hey Im new to the forum Im looking for some advice on high mileage X5s.
Would you guys consider 160000 miles excessive for a 2005 3.0 diesel engine? What are common faults for the car and how expensive can they become? And if I am unable to get a mechanical inspection done what can I inspect myself to ensure there are no major faults with the vehicle? Thanks |

The main question you should answer for yourself: who will repair the car? If you handy enough to fix it by yourself its ok to buy, if you will go to $stealership you will possible pay a lot.
All used cars are different and you can pay nearly the same money for descent car as well as for junky one, so choose carefully. |
