metal rod on the bridge hit my 535i m-sport bumper, need some help

This morning on my way to work, I am driving on the Goethals bridge heading towards New Jersey. An infiniti in front of me makes a hard turn into the right lane. Next thing you know, there is a metal rod bouncing off the ground heading towards me, BOOM! hits the drivers side of my bumper. I couldnt pull into the next lane because of a trailer next to me. I pulled over on side of the road and noticed scratches/chips under the fog light, no major dents. I will post pictures in a bit. i have the m-sport body kit. Any ideas on how Icould fix these up? thanks.
