2002 e65

I am looking to either part my 2002 E65 745i (sadly) or sell whole.
I have had an issue getting the title- and seems that the seller isn't going to work with me (no response)
Needs a new battery. 6 series wheels. The stereo amp is out.
Tranny and motor are good and strong. Aprx 174,000 miles.
Tires have low miles.
All options.
One key
Drivers sear has a tear
Just tired on dealing with title and now our family suv (06 Envoy 5.3) needs a new motor.
I have owned and drove this car for over 2 years- The car is has been insured and a clean car fax.
If I part
Motor $2,500
Tranny $1,500
headlights $1,500
doors $500
Hood $400
Trunk $300
Tires/wheels $800

If you have the time and means, a great deal of cash could be profited by buying the car whole for $7,400 and parting for the above prices or higher.

Let the questions begin.

Thanks, Kirk

Ok let me get this right .
You don't have a title ( Pink Slip )
But your trying to sell the whole car
So some 1 can part it out ...

I would say that what your trying to do
Sounds like it is Not legal To do so ...

I have not looked into the legality as of yet. I know that there are a great deal of cars bought/sold here in Indiana without a title. But thank you, I will have to look into it further. If it is illegal, it will make my decision of parting vs. sell whole easy.

You have a lot of rights. I don't know how you bought the car (terms if deal) but you can sue the seller for the money you put into it even court course. Federal law mandates once lien has been satisfied the lien holder has 45 days to turn over any rights, documentation to you. You can also go to the county tax office and inquire on the title and if available even file a lost title. The only way you can sell the complete car is thru a written letter better you and the purchaser/s, that is notorized
