Source for oil and filter.

I've got my first oil out of warranty oil change coming up, and am shopping around.
What's a good place to order the oil and filter for this car?

I have a local dealership, but after calling twice and leaving two messages asking for a price on these items, I have not heard back from them. I've decided that they don't want my business, and I'm going to order online.

Has anyone got an online vendor that they recommend for good service and low prices?

I've been getting mine from amazon, not that I'm a big amazon fan, but they have the Pennzoil ultra 5-40 Euro LL01 (which is probably the best oil we can put in our cars) oil and the proper Mann filter, and with all the coupons and rebates from Pennzoil it comes out to about $4/qt delivered to my door. Cant beat that.

Unless I get a good deal on oil at a BMW group auction, but that doesn't happen often enough.

Tisher is $76 with free shipping, ECS is $61.50+$13.25ship= $74.75

Essentially a wash between the two on price. Only thing that would seem to drive it hard towards either one is if you live in the state where one or the other is located (thus getting hit with sales tax).

I buy my oil and filter from the dealer about $6 - $7/qt and whatever a filter costs, maybe $10 - $11. Basically the same as the stuff costs at AutoZone.

I've been buying from www.autohausaz.com (free shipping if you spend over $50) for filters and such, oil i source locally. I did run across another website ( www.eeuroparts.com ) which had a similar offer, a really nice selection of parts and supplies (including Wurth HHS 2000) and they are in CT, which would be closer to me than AZ, so shipping should be faster... May have to try them next time...
