Codes, codes and more codes...Misfires, gas, etc

I received a P0308 code, took it to the mechanic and he changed the manifold gaskets and the coil on the 8th cylinder.

Car is fine, week later P0301 pops up, so same issue, this time 1st cylinder. The car has a rough start in the cold, will changing ALL the coils (except the 8th, that was last week) and all the spark plugs put an end to this issue?

Also, I got code P0327, knock sensor in bank 1, mechanic said changing everything should fix this? Also, P0444 which is something with EVAP (I guess that explains the gas smell). What are your thoughts? Thanks
