You know that chime after you turn the key two clicks?
What does that indicate? I have two e39's and one chimes later than the other. I couldn't really search for what this indicates because I did not know what to call it!
I figure it's some sort of check mechanism, but I'm confused as to why it would be "delayed". Also, for those of you that replaced FSU's- did you guys go with stealership prices (asking me 117) or opt for one of the ones on pelicanparts? |

No idea on chime delay.
Buy the cheapie - you can always replace it in a few months if it fails; it's not difficult.
