Call AAA (or BMW roadside).
Though there is that goo in a can stuff that you can buy that will inflate and plug your tire on the fly. The downside of that is if your tire blows again it ends up all over your paint and that crap is damn near impossible to get off. You will not regret getting rid of the RFTs. I ended up with the Pilot Sport A/S because SS were not made in my size...no regrets the ride is so much better.

I ordered a compact spare (and Michelin Super Sport tires) prior to my cars delivery. The compact spare came from Bimmer Zone.

By far the best thing to carry along with a compressor is a tire plug kit. About $8 bucks at Pep Boys.
Use the compressed goo only as a last resort. As it mucks up the tire pressure sensor. You can repair the majority of flats without even removing the tire at least until you can get to a tire shop.

Huge improvement with the Michelin Pilot SS - you'll be very please with them.
This was my process from a year and a half ago. http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=561806 Bimmerzone seems to have a packaged version of the spare now.
