My first Bimmer ^^ Bmw e60 QUestion about Delete muffler.

Good Morning Guys

i just bought 2006 Bmw 525I. 65,000mi clean Title bought $13,000 (Cheep or Expensive??)
so i wants to ask you guys about bmw e60 ^^

Muffler Sound - lot a people told me to do delete Muffler.
change muffler vs Muffler delete .... which one is get better sound???
if change muffler hows Megan M-DT sounds like?


i really trying to find out from website thing is i don't even know what it means.... TT

Please help me out bimmerFest Friends ^^

I have an RPI cat-back on mine and it sounds great. Total cost was around $900 installed.

Youtube it to hear it, there are quite a few videos of that exhaust.

It won't cause any damage to the car. If you like the sound of it go ahead and do it. I personally liked it when my friend did it on his 530i. Not everyone likes it to be that loud that's why some of the people don't do it.

okay could you let me know which one is bigger sounds?

1. MEGAN M-DT Muffler
2. Delete Muffler

Which One is Loud? i saw on Youtube i thought that Delete Muffler was not loud than Muffler...

In my opinion any muffler instead of muffler delete will be quieter.

good luck without muffler. i bet you will be crying with no torque since no back pressure after muffler deleted.

It will not cause any damage, your car will just lose a very little amount of torque at low rpm's and If you delete the muffler it will be loud.
