euro e63/64 dme firmware

Does anyone know whether or not the euro 650 dme software runs better than the u.s.? Just wondering before I flash it. I know when I flashed the e65 over to euro car felt like it was more responsive and mpgs shotup a couple miles per gallon

I think because petrol in Europe is generally of a higher standard consistently across the region they can set the engine management to run in a narrower spectrum than in the US or other areas, making the car slightly peppier with better consumption although marginal, I am sure this will be argued as not being the case......
