Burger Performance Issue

I have a burger performance product, their customer service is horrible, contact by email only, they never respond, when they finally do they are rude, has anyone else experienced this with them? If so which company do you recommend for tuning the 335, 135, x1 vehicles

I can't disagree more. Jeff in support @ BMS always responds to my emails within a hour and even responded at 11pm one night. My buddy (who I used to work a tech support job with) has had a JB on his E92 335i for years and gave me rave reviews of BMS.

well just the opposite with me, very unorganized, i have one of their products and love it but not going to use them in future, very unprofessional and rude, including terry burger, acts like his employees do, they say apples don't fall far from the tree. Jeff was the worst offender the, in my opinion he needs to be in unemployment line. Several dealers of their products are saying same thing, they are recommending other tuners to customers as they recommended Vishnu to me, it's a shame as i love their product just very weak customer service, and only uses email to communicate, no numbers listed for contact, we will see what this thread results are, i can't be the only one with issues

I've bought several things from them, always respond to emails very quickly. What is the problem you're having?

Looks like this user joined Bimmerfest just to slam BMS. Who knows what his true intentions are...but I hate trolls!

Terry got back to me the same day via email... it was short response and could have maybe been more flowery but it got to the point. no complaints so far.
