2012 bmw x3 2.8 -- tpms

My TPMS is saying my left front tire is low, but it is really my right from tire that is low. I put air the right front tire and the light goes off. What can be causing this? My tires were not rotated and a new tire or wheel has not been out on. Suggestions? I sent a request through connected drive to have my service center contact me.
