The guy said something about a 26' sailboat which is where they probably got that number.

That looks like a fairly standard "tiny home" - about 100~120 sq ft. Most are built on trailers so that they don't have to deal with housing codes that don't allow such small spaces.

Gotta be about 100sqft. Look at the size of the door, assuming that's a 3' wide door my guess is 6.5'x15' which is 97.5sqft.

Still teeny, but my bed is bigger than 26sqft.

My bed is 42 sq ft, but somehow I still end up getting pushed to the edge each night.

A 114-year-old South Carolina woman who was the oldest living U.S. citizen has died.

Two daughters say Mamie Rearden of Edgefield, who held the title as the oldest person in the country for about two weeks, died Wednesday at a hospital in Georgia.

Sara Rearden of Burtonsville, Md., said Saturday that her mother broke her hip after a fall about three weeks ago.

Robert Young of the Gerontology Research Group said Mamie Rearden's September 1898 birth was recorded in the 1900 U.S. Census. The group, which verifies age information for Guinness World Records, listed Rearden as the oldest living U.S. citizen after last month's passing of 115-year-old Dina Manfredini of Iowa.

Rearden was more than a year younger than the world's oldest person, 115-year-old Jiroemon Kimura of Japan.

Unborn baby's fingernail nearly kills mother




Born five weeks premature, twins Amelie and Ava only just made it into this world after being resuscitated with oxygen.

But they're not the only ones who are lucky to be alive.

Their mother Angela Cottam almost died after a suspected fingernail or hair from one of them passed into her bloodstream during their birth.

The rare condition, which affects only one in 80,000 births, caused 32-year-old Cottam to suffer severe internal bleeding and her lungs collapsed.
