Good Price for 09 M3 Sedan

Just want to get some feedback as I am new to the forum. I'm looking at a 2009 M3 with 47,800 kms, it has every option, including DCT and is in very good condition. It is a US car imported to Canada being sold by a reputable exotic car dealer here in Toronto. It has service history, and no known issues. The warranty will run out in Sept 2013, so i have some left. The asking price is $46,000 cdn does that sound right or fair ? Thanx for any input
