Heat problem

I have a 330xi when I turn my heat on it will blow cold and when I rev my car up I get heat. Or if I'm driving ill get warm air for a bit then when I stop at a light or in traffic it will blow cold again. Does anyone have the same problem that they can help me out with??

You either have air in your cooling system (in which case you need to bleed it), or your thermostat has failed and needs replacing. Sounds like the former.

Does your temp gauge stay in the middle as you drive?

Negatory on the air bubble theory....you would have a consistent overheat situation if that was the case. I would bet the thermostat is stuck in the OPEN position, because it blows warm at higher revs, but cold at idle....classic symptoms....
