Installation of comfort seat 535i

Hi
I have a normal seat in the car. Can I order a comfort seat and intall it myself or is it obsessivly complicated?

Also I want the heating/ventelation option.

Car:
-2012
-535i
-Saloon
-Black dacota leather

Oh boy. This would be really difficult to do and probably very costly. You would have to talk to the dealer, but generally these cars do not retrofit well unless it is tires/suspension mods. What does your trade in value look like? It might be easier and cheaper to just trade yours for another car with the multi contour seats. I have them and I will not buy a BMW without them. I know why you want them....they are wonderful seats.

I did it on my '06 530I E60. It worked, but the dealer could not program my car because it couldn't recognize the extra air bags in the seat.

I agree with others, its probably cheaper to trade in your car for one with multi contour seats.

In EU, we have the choice between:

- regular seats
- Sports seats (they come packaged with M-Sport)
- Comfort seats (extra option on its own)

Do you think replacing the Sport seats with the Comfort ones would also be so difficult?

Asking because my back is very bad (and neck spine in particular)
