In my opinion, this decision would depend mostly on the road conditions where you live. If the roads are generally good and weather is not a factor, then I would go with 20"s. Where I live, the D.C. metropolitan area, 19"s are considered as the outer limit for best all-season, performance, and safe tires for coupes and sedans.

Try different Sizes, 255/40/19 285/35/19.

I am getting tires put on today, they don't have my front size available too, so instead of 245/40/20s, I went 255/35/20 instead.

I'd run a 255/45/19 up front and either the 275/40/19 or 285/40/19 out back. The slightly wider sizes should have zero issues mounting on your stock wheels.
