Airbag light reset, DID or Dealer?

I was working on my rear window regulator (did not disconnect neg battery terminal = bonehead) and the airbag unplugged inadvertently. Plugged it back in but of course now i have the Airbag light on the dash.

Can I reset it or does it have to be done at the dealer?

Thanks

You can reset it. Peake sells a tool. I'm guessing it will cost you the same to purchase the tool as taking it to the dealer.
I have one it - never used it but I lent it to a friend for his E36 and it diagnosed the fault correctly.

You can reset yourself. I would recommend you to get INPA. You only need to buy the cable, which costs $20-60. It will be far superior to other scanners like Peake.

I have a $12 air bag reset tool that I use to reset the light. It hasn't failed me. I'd reset it for you for free if you were closer.

EDIT: I have the one that jygesg posted.

Appreciate it fellas, I ordered the one from Amazon for $26....I was always told that the time to buy a tool is when you need it.
