440 hp 2013 xDrive50i question

I understand that 13's with M sport package came with an extra 40 hp, but when entering VINs into bmwarchiv it says the engines only have 300kw vs 330kw. How do I know the actual hp?

Thanks

Why does the decoder site say 300kw? I have not found a single 2013 with M sport that has power listed as 330kw.

... $1,600 option ... Not too popular, especially when leased.

Same issue as the $3,500 Adaptive Drive option.

Don't know why it's not more popular. I have it and the exhaust note alone is worth the money. Actually... You would spend probably more than $1600 to get your exhaust upgraded.

At the risk of getting the Marie Antoinette treatment , maybe it's because most people actually realize that an SUV is not a sports car so they're ordering this crap on their M3/4/5/6 or 911's or some other sexy machine and not on X1/3/4/5/6

I love the Marie Antoinette treatment icon !!

This said, as I use my X5 with 4 Blizzaks on a frozen / snowy / slippery CA state route 88 at 8,500 ft high to go skiing in Tahoe, I am not sure 440hp will help me get faster or safer or more enjoyably or more reliably than my regular 35d does.
