Remote control for 525i

How do you reset the remote control for 525i 1995? Thank you in advance.

First do you have the the 3 button fob ? And if u do this is the procedure :
1 remove the cover to the fob .
2 slide the chip socket forward.
3 gently pull the micro chip out of its socket . This chip will be used for coding ur control unit .
4 remove the control unit from the bracket . ( its going to be under the back seat ) remember DO NOT REMOVE THE POWER CONNECTOR )
5 while holding the control unit facing donward , remove the access cover . Insert the micro chip into the units chip socket push the holder socket back to secure the chip .
6 press the reset button . The status led will flash twice to indicate that the code has been accepted .
7 remove chip and replace it back in the fob and your done
