The little circular valve to the right of it that isn't currently plugged in (but should be).

Thats what I thought but that has no available ports to plug into. That is the purge valve if I'm not mistaken. No where to plug into it.

Should have a connector on the end which I thought perhaps was still attached to your purge valve.

Thanks for the pic Phantom. Something isn't right on my car. The PO had this blue line disconnected completely and in its place there is a line going from the purge valve to the intake manifold where this blue hose should be connecte,d as per your picture. My understanding is that the blue line should carry evaporated gas to the purge valve and then to the manifold. Correct? Now I have to figure out where the incorrect line that is on the purge valve now goes. I love this car but in all my years, have never seen as much "spaghetti" if you will, tucked into one small area. Thats why they probably hid it all under the manifold.
