Help me choose between these 2 328i's

Hi, Vitchie here from South Africa.

I ordered the M Sport and it’s arriving 31 Jan at the dealership, but now there is a spanner in the works, a fully loaded 328 is available at the used section that I can have by Saturday or Monday.

Differences:

Used: 2012 Model, 4000km, Alpine white, Black leather, Sportline, Xenon, Sport Auto Gearbox, 18”, Std Suspension (I think), Std brakes, PDC Front & reat with cam, std sound, sunroof, Pro NAV, Heads up Display, speed limit info, connected drive, electric towbar, + 1 very pissed of sales lady as I already signed offer to purchase.
My order: 2013 Model. 0km, Mineral Grey, Coral Red leather, M Sport, Xenon, Sport auto Gearbox, 18”, M Sport Suspension, 4 pot M brakes, PDC Rear, std sound, no sunroof.

The used one will be R5k more than my new one, but keep in mind it’s a 2012.

Check the attached specs, mine before discount comes to R512k, where the other one comes to R579k, so the used one has R67k worth of extra’s over mine. After discount it is R475k (new) R480k (used).

What do you guys think? I went to see the sales lady and told her about this car to push for a courtesy car in the meantime while I wait for the new one, but I’m sure I can back out of the deal if I need to?

I have a 5 Series not a 3 but regardless I think that the sport suspension is necessary. You need to verify that on the used 328.

Why would you toss a custom-ordered brand new car for a used car with a bunch of options you elected to skip in the first place?

I'd take the new one ..... if you are going with an automatic the 2013 auto is FAR superior to any prior BMW auto .......
