Wheel question
I'm wondering what these wheels are called and if they will fit on my 99 528i. And are they hard to find?

Those wheels are called Style 37, M Parallel BMW wheels, nicknamed "M-Pars". They came as an optional wheel on a number of different BMW models including my 2003 M-Sport 540i. Be aware that the wheels that will fit on the E39s (yours and mine) are different from all other BMWs in both offset and hub bore diameter. You can find Reps pretty easily but the factory wheels are expensive and hard to find as they are forged alloy and are one of the lightest and strongest wheels BMW supplied from the factory. They were originally developed as the factory wheel for the E34 based M5.
