3rd brake light

3rd brake light. Current into circuit board that holds lights. Board looks okay except for a faint blue line crossing from one side to other, blue is buried inside the coating on the board. This is not a crack. 'Tinfoil' circuits in excellent shape. Any ideas? I've tried all my tricks and still no 3rd light. Thanks

Z3 Third Brake Light Fix

Wired the circuit board directly to the battery, lit up like a Christmas tree.

Bad connector, the one at the end of the circuit board. Without a matching connector/replacement board on hand and not wanting to take the time to solder a generic to the circuit board, filed down both ends of the existing connector, in effect forcing the female pins further into the male cylinders. Worked. Don't know why the connector wasn't working, all looked fine. Could just be wear, more likely someone didn't line up the pins and forced it, pushing the male cylinders back into the connector housing.
