front right marker light... gone
I replaced front right marker light bulb a month ago on my 2001 330i. Owner's manual (or Youtube, or both, I can't remember) told me that I can use a regular scre driver to push out the marker light housing and lo and behold, it slid right out (too easily, I thought!). Yesterday as I was driving on the highway, I heard a flapping noise in the front right part of the car. Thinking I had a flat tire, I stopped the car and went to the front right and saw that front right marker light assembly had slid out and was hanging by the two wires. I pushed it back in and when I got home, it was GONE! Front right turn signal still works but I am missing the front right marker housing.
Did anyone have the same experience? |

Me thinks the retaining tab broke off and didn't hold it in as it should have.
