ATF Change temp question
Hi,
will be doing an ATF change in a couple of days and have read the myriad of threads on the subject but still have a question (maybe 3) ![]() Does anyone warm the fluid up first before draining? and if so for how long? What is the usual time frame for running the engine to get the new ATF to 30-50 degrees celcius Cheers |

I don't think it is necessary to warm the fluid prior to draining.
It does not take long at all for the ATF to reach 30C.
