Running Rough/Shaking

Hello everyone...... My Service Engine Soon light came on. Had it checked at Autozone (maybe not the best place?) and it read random misfires. Car ran fine really, except would barely shake at start up every once in a while. I had the plugs/coils changed and now the car shakes tremendously worse... Feels like it is going to cut off, smooths out when driving, but still rough when accelerating. I know it could be a few different things, but does it maybe sound like the vacuum line? What's the INDY cost for that repair? I dropped my car off for Diagnostic to be run on Monday morning. Any thoughts???

Shop switched plugs 5 & 7 and ALL is good. Light went off and running smooth as a kitten.

Replaced ignition coils on mine and it solved the shaking/rough idle problem for me.

I only mention this because you had Autozone people under your hood: rough running? - check that the oil filler cap is on tight.

Just one extra question. Does your iDrive show when u need to replace spark plug and microfilter? Mine doesn't show. I have 09. I know there are cars showing that.

Mine are due for a replacement soon. Will probably do coil packs too. How much did the two plugs set you back?

Can't speak for everyone but I presumed it would be the same on all the idrive systems - there's a service requirement indicator in the vehicle information section. Gives you mileage or dates as to when certain service parts are due. If you mean does it tell you to change them when they are faulty then no (mine doesn't anyway).
