750li seats in a 745i (front only)..... Is it possible??

Well I recently bought a 745i that the owner failed to do regular upkeep on the interior and it just shows signs of use. I was going to get the seats recovered but it's just as cheap to buy a whole seat set and swap the. Them out seeing as I also need to purchase a new console(seat switch is bad and so is the leather and trims is scratched to ****) soi was wondering if it's possible to put the 750 or the like seats in the "i" version. By doing this I'd gain the extra seat features, and am curious if I bought a console that had the ac option for the seats if it would be possible to obtain this feature S well

So my question is will the fancier seats(front seats only), bolt up and plug up to the same units as my i's basic seats, and is there anyway to hook up the ac feature, but if so what's required. Remember I said I'm buying a new console, so if it has the switches for it already am I going to run into any other issues, and how hard will all this be?

I'd be doing all the labor myself and I figured I'd ask before I order up any of my new interior pieces so I don't find myself repeating and back tracking myself

Yes they will fit. The seats are a straight swap. As for the extra options, as long as you have the same options the other seat has then the options will work.

Unless you have ventilated seats now, No it will not work. You will need ventilated seats an the seat switch. What color is your interior? I have interior seats for sale that has all options going for $125.00 a seat.

I have a tan interior. Not champagne , and not brown, but the tan. anyplace I can find the color code for the interior? I'd love to find a good set of used seats in this color but they all seem to be stained and dirty, don't people clean there cars or is it just me that sees maintain a 60000 $ car silly?

Yea well some people use the car as a daily driver so that could be a big reason. My seats are in great condition but not in your color, sorry.

There's another member on here selling his 745 (tranny issues) for $5500 or might part it out.. you should contact him (as an alternative to what you're looking for)... post reads "Hail Mary"..
