Parking lamp

Hey everybody. I got a parking lamp malfunction indicator. Has anyone replaced a parking headlamp before? If so, how do you do it? And can I get the bulb from a local auto store?

Parking lamp is the angel rings. There is one bulb on each side. You can get aftermarket ones on ebay....MTEC V3 is most popular around here...or just go to the dealer

Ok cool. The other thing is, I've hard you can actually replace the angel bulb without removing the bumper. I have a 04 745li. Anybody know id that's true or not? Really don't wanna spend 400.00 to replace a bulb if I can do it myself.

Yes on the 2004 you can replace the angel eye without dropping the bumper. You need small hands though and it is still a PITA to do but I was successful.

Cool. Thanks!! I've never done it before, and i'm going to try, but i'm assuming you have to pull the whole lamp out. Am I right on that?
