How to clean the snow on your car not using the snow brush.
If you live on the north east and have a bunch of snow on your black car what to use to clean it? I just got a 2013 35i x5 and its black. I don't want to use the brush that they sell to clean snow. I know if I use that ill see scratches on the car. I only go for hand car wash as you can see the brush streaks on a black car very easily. Please throw some ideas....

I use a SNOBRUM. Most of the dealerships use the same thing. You can buy at various online retailers. Commercial quality ones hold up better. You'll get four seasons out of it as long as you don't use it on really wet, heavy snow. And don't use it when ice gets in the mix. It will tear it up.

There is still a problem with that Snobrum. It will still drag dirt under the snow across your paint. The best best is to clean off the windows only and drive the car....once the snow stops and the roads dry take it to a manual car wash and spray the grime off or hose it off at home...any process other than this will scratch your paint.

I am more worried about the brush scratches they are horrible. I think I'll make sure I just push the snow from top enough so it does not fly on the windshield. At lest I have a pie of mind I am not using the brush. Ill give it a try to see how it works. Got a good deal at Costco online 2 for $29.

Just sliding the snow off the paint can scratch, never if the brush never touches the paint...

Unfortunately, in several New England states, you can get a ticket for not cleaning your car off from snow before you hit the highway. Whatever you do to get the snow off, it may be cheaper than the ticket.

Gonna leave these here:
1) Park your car indoors and buy a snow daily driver. 2) Move to warmer climate. 3) Build your self a glass garage greenhouse. when it snows, drive in there and let it melt. I`d choose option one
