We need way more information. Take pictures. Get back in there and find out what's wrong. Get your volt meter out and get to work. Simple diagnostics stuff.

We have no idea what you did and can't really help you at this point.

dunno..., but i've seen silly things like this before....

i can't seem to remember anything particular in removing the front bumper in regard to possible ways for the fogs to not work unless as franklyn stated, they aren't plugged in all the way.

i'd double check the simple things first. it's most likely going to be something very simple and overlooked.

So I wanted to install a lip on my car. So I removed the bumper. Unplugged the fogs . Installed the lip. Remounted the bumper and plugged in the fogs. Then checked to see if it worked and nothing. I've checked all the fuses even changed the switch 2 times nothing. Changed the bulbs. Nothing. I would also like to add the green light on the dash isnt even on. And I checked all the wires. And still nothing. Was I supposed to unplug the battery before I unplugged the fogs ?

Are you regular headlights on? The fogs won't work (Like the green light wont even show) unless your parking lights/headlights switch is on.

Also make sure your highbeams are off, as your fogs wont work when they are on either.
