Is it really possible to put this many miles on a 750?
I tried to post the link but it says no longer available. I also tried a screen shot but that did not work so here is a cheesy pic.

I guess he could have bought it in late 2006 which means he's had it for a little over 6 years. But even then, that's still over 40k miles a year

it's easily possible; a family friend of mine drives about 200 miles a day to go to work and back and has almost 400K miles on a 2005 Toyota Camry.

It will last as long as somebody decides to fix it.. anything will.. That car could run longer than all of ours, it may have a new motor and tranny.. never know.. at that miles I am sure there has been a tranny or two, surely the top end of the motor has been redone, and the bottom end, well with oil now adays I don't think that is much of a worry short some sort of disaster.

I bought my car with 32k miles on it. It now has 98k and every couple of months some small issue pops up. With BMW, the small issues normally cost $1,000.00 plus. My issues now; parking brake actuator, and motor mounts. Motor mounts are on me. I drive my car. Love performance... I look at it from the stand point of it's cheaper then buying a new car, with a big car note. I love my car, so I'll keep fixing it and driving it until it stops running from a major problem...
