I am the third owner; previous owner was my older brother. He worked at BMW of Seattle for a bit so the car was well maintained while in his possession. Car was purchased CPO @ Habberstadd BMW (Huntington, NY) Summer of 2004, and has been in our family ever since

Religiously changed the oil filter every 3,000 miles and motor oil (fully synthetic) every 7,500 miles.
Entire Cooling system was replaced in 2011, purchased cooling system overhaul kit from ECS Tuning

Exterior
Shows some wear due to it being almost 13 years old.
- Some rock chips and dents on the front bumper and hood.
- Door ding on driver side
- In May of 2011 some a-hole egged my car while I was away for the weekend. I wasn't able to wash it all off in time so some of the paint eroded off the trunk
- Small rust spot on the passenger side rear fender
- Splash guard needs replacement, driving on highway and an object in the road was unavoidable, took out the left lower shark fin and a piece of the splash guard.
- Temperature sensor needs replacement due to ^above (reads -40*F/122*F)
- Missing key hole cover, needs replacement (Pictured)
- Small crack in windshield from highway, truck kicked up a small rock and hit the windshield. (Pictured)

Interior
- Driver seat shows some wear, but in overall very good condition
- Passenger seat is in very good condition as well
- Rear seats virtually unused for 12 years
- DICE mp3 player (iPod not included)
- Wood Trim
- ZHP M-shift knob
- M3 dead pedal
- All weather mats
- All windows function perfectly, including the sunroof
