Pierburg is OEM for water pump.
Don't know much about Hamman brand thermostat.

You might want to wait to do the thermostat until you are changing the electric water pump. If you are at 72k with the original water pump then it is nearly time for a failure, unfortunately.

I paid $345 for Pierburg water pump not too long ago. Thermostat is around $80 (+/- few bucks depending on where you are buying and which branch you are buying).

Waterpump+bolts+thermostat+shipping under $400 is a good price. Hamman thermostat is the only part I am not 100% sure.

Overall, it looks like a good deal.
