BMS N63 Stage 1 Tune coming soon!
Terry @ Burger Tuning has been testing my F02 to build a N63 tune. I also own a 335i that has the BMS JB4 in it and the power increase is incredible. When I had a 2012 F10 535i he used that car to work on the Stage 2 tune for the N55. He definitely knows his stuff and emailed me this morning letting me know he is almost done with a plug-n-play stage 1 tune for our N63's!
It is in Beta right now so I do not know when it will be for sale to the public, but if there is enough interest in the stage 1 he said there could eventually be a stage 2 with even more power. (He mentioned there is a lot of potential for this motor, which we all instinctually suspected) I will try to attach the dyno sheet he sent me but the numbers are as follows: Stock HP/TQ: 387/448 Stage 1 HP/TQ: 412/482 Not bad for a tune that costs less than $400. Check out the thread he started over on the N54 tech forums. As soon as I get my car back and put some hard miles on the tune I will post my honest opinions.

That is pretty damn SICK.... And one of the reasons I want a F01!
I've been contemplating a couple alternatives to my beloved e65, but I just knew that for the $$, few cars offer the potential for power increase at a modest price/tune over these TT V8s. Surprised not more interest? But oh well... Please keep me updated as new developments happen. Especially when you take the plunge and driving impressions. BigMarcus ~ EVO 4G LTE

I think we will be squeezing 100+ HP out of these engines for under $600 in no time. This is just my gut feeling - but gone are the days of overpriced and overhyped tunes. An engine is an engine and BMW tax is insanity.

Got the car back - the tune really adds some punch to the acceleration. Really happy with it! It's hard to explain, but above 4K RPM the car feels like it sheds a few hundred pounds.
The car went from 'more than adequate' to 'noticeably fun'.

There's plenty of interest from the 6er group.
I had the jb3 on my 335i and the gains were incredible. I don't want to pay $2500 for dinan's tune.
