CEL ON : Help me out with the fault codes !
Hi
I have a 08 750li and the " autoboss auto diagnostic platform" reads those two faults from the car's OBD plug : 2EA0 Oil condition sensor 2EF5 Map thermostat, activation although I haven't experienced any problems regarding the parts above with the car, it keeps giving those two errors even after clearing them. Firstly, I am confused on what thermostat to replace ? because when searching online I saw 2 or 3 different kinds of thermostats in the E66's ! Secondly, what is the oil condition sensor ? Is it the oil level sensor ? It is working fine in the screen though ! Regards Last edited by See-5; 01-24-2013 at 03:09 PM.

IiRC , The oil level sensor also determines condition. That part of it failed maybe.
