Headlamp washer cover popped out!

My headlamp washer cover just popped out all of sudden. I think its due to the freezing weather here in new york. When I took a closer look the fluid was frozen in the nozzles. Does anyone know if I can just slide the cover back in when the weather gets warmer? Or do I have to pull the nozzle inside and attach it???

I think you might have to get it replaced at the dealer.

Does the mechanism have a spring inside, or does it open purely by liquid pressure?

nothing seems to be broken or detached. the cover is connected to the actual spray it looks like it was just hard to put back because of the liquid ice that was formed.
