Newest M3 Owner
Hello Forum,
I just became the owner of a 2010 M3. http://www.texasimportsales.com/web/...Texas/1243109/ Pictured there. I previously had a BMW 335i, but after taking a friend out on a Tuesday night to celebrate his good grades: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() No fault of my own. If anything, the "accident" has given me a much stronger love of the BMW brand. I loved my 335i, it was the perfect car. I had put the jb4 and DCI in it and it was just the perfect machine. I am really hoping that the M3 will be just as good if not better than the 3 series that I was forced to say goodbye to. With that said... I am 24 years old. I received a value of $25k for the 335i, and am financing the rest of the m3. I have never financed such a large amount before, so I will be being as careful as possible and taking the utmost of care for this car. I am currently awaiting its arrival as it will be shipped from Dallas to where I live, in Central Florida. I have used the search button and looked around quite a bit, but is there any advice or info anybody can provide for a new 2010 M3 Sedan owner? Thanks guys, and I look forward to many posts and lots of information exchange!_a_ Last edited by Drive M3; 01-25-2013 at 07:38 PM. |

Wow - did you ever get wacked....
Besides having a great former 335i driving experience, I understand why you would want to get back into a BMW after walking away uninjured from such a severe accident. I had a 335i 6MT and was in luv with the car, but you will soon discover when you drive your M3 that the M3 plays on a rarefied level. Your new M3 is especially striking - great color combination and options. Welcome to the M3 brotherhood and to the "Fest.

I'm in a similar position (had a 335d) and have the same opinion (the M3 is uniquely brilliant). Congrats!

I have never driven an M3, but a 335i is fast and sweet car. I can only imagine what the M3 will be like.

Wow, glad to know that you came through the accident intact. The car did it's job and protected you.
Welcome to the forum and M3 club. I suspect that you'll enjoy it. |
