93 325i Rocker Panel

Hey everyone, I have searched around trying to figure out if it is possible to replace the rocker panels on the E36's. Unfortunately I haven't found much regarding the subject.

The panel connected to my driver's side fender is dented and I am wondering the possible solutions to the problem. Here are a few pictures of the dent. Oh and btw I bought the car like this.

Well, I was hoping there was a way to replace the panel with out replacing the fender. I took a look on the underside of the fender/panel and I didn't see any apparent ways to remove just the panel.

The fender is one piece. If you are proficient enough at welding body panels, you can cut/weld on a good lower. But definately much easier to just replace the fender.

yeah the fenders are easy. contrary to what is said you dont have to remove the bumper to remove the fenders. i have swapped out both my fenders and I will say its easyer then replacing sections of body any day.

Alright, thanks for the info everyone. I figured it was part of the fender but I didn't want to go taking crap off before I got a definite answer. Any good websites that sell alpine white fenders?

Unfortunately the only one on a sedan I could find had rust on the lower section (when I bought my 318, the drivers fender and front bumper were destroyed). So I cut off the lower and welded the lower fr the original fender on. Grind, body filler, and paint.
