Introduction to your forum

Hi guys & girls, just wanted to introduce myself as a new member to this great forum. As an ex Ford Tech and RAF engineer my mechanical knowledge on BMWs can be written on the back of the proverbial postage stamp I'm afraid, but a little more about my car.

It sounds a bit corny, but have to confess, I've always wanted a BMW and have just taken ownership of one...Yippee!!

I've bought a 2006 320d E90 M Sport. She's a truly beautiful car and I love her to bits, but am starting to worry about my recent acquisition. She has an impressive 152,000 miles on her clock and has a fully documented history to support. I bought her in Glasgow but en route back down the country encountered problems.

I'm sure I shouldn't be posting car problems under this section, so will post under the appropriate section, so for now will just say thank you all for letting me be part of your forum.
