525i issues!!!!!!

Hi folks,please help! Im at my wits end! My 1993 525i sedan has been a whole lot of trouble for over a year now.My pride and joy is driving (only just) me nuts!Symptoms listed below.
REVS DROP OFF sometimes when idling,It doesnt stall,but settles again after 15 secs or so.If lights are on at the time,they dim as revs drop.this can reccur if i put on the heated rear window or aircon on.This is less obvious when MAF disconnected!
LOSS OF POWER and stuttering accelleration
INJECTORS seem to overinject,as my cat has burnt out after 12 months.


MAF,car is rough at all times but can sometimes run a bit better with MAF
disconnected.
NEW MAF
CRANK SENSOR
CAM SENSOR
CAT (NOW RUINED)
LAMBDA
fitted to solve problems but no joy so far!ANY help would be very much appreciated!

Check the status of your battery and alternator. You can use a digital volt meter, but I recommend that you take it to a local parts store like Autozone or Advance Auto etc. and have them check both with their machine because it can load test it properly.

Can't guarantee that this is your problem, but given that the lights dim, I think it could be.
