528i riding rough- back pain

Hi ....does anyone know the best tire pressure for the smoothest ride in the contitouringcontact tires on a 528i ??? i just bought this yesterday and it is not nearly as smooth as my porsche cayenne was for my back. The ridges/bumps in the road are very irritating to me.
