Trunk lid latch adjustment
I've combed through the threads looking for how to adjust the trunk lid catch.
When I open my trunk lid on a 2004 325cic the open trunk lid light comes on the dash.When I give it an extra shove down it will go off and stay off. This leads me to believe it something mechanical? I've seen all the threads about the wire harness problems. Can any one give me some suggestions on how to adjust the trunk lid sensor at the trunk latch?

Follow up. I made an adjustment to the lower trunk post by loosening the two torque screws and retightening. The trunk lid closes fine and light is off.
