Need help on choosing a 3 series, plz help

i want to get a 2007 328xi coupe, its just for daily driving, what are some pros and cons u guys are experiencing, and whether you guys think its a good decision. I heard theirs always issues with the computers on these cars, can anyone chime in that has one.. thanks. yes i know it only has 230 hp, its not for racing, again its to get to work and back and ride around in.. i gladly appreciate it guys, thanks

However, and IMHO, you have picked the wrong car. You are best suited for a hybrid capable of very high fuel mileage....you should buy: TOYTOA PRIUS. With Japanese reliability and fuel efficiency no BMW can match, at a price you can afford, it is the answer to the issue of a commute. Afforded special status in some states, you may be issued a no-charge 'FastPass' for tolls and be allowed to use the carpool lane as a single occupant! Why, 20% of new car purchases in Berkeley, CA alone are Prius and it is Toyota's top seller!

Considering the fact that there are several computers in these cars - engine ECU, a/c, transmission (if it's an auto), navigation, ABS/DSC, etc., it would be nice to know WHICH computer you expect to have trouble with.

If the nav screen or nav computer goes out, it's big bucks; maybe that's what you heard about.

Floyd thanks. I appreciate your help. I can imagine the navigation computer is big bucks to fix. Are there also issues with those other ecus u mentions.. Like is there known malfunctions on these cars(2007 BMW 328xi coupe) this way I know what I'm getting into
