I'm not really sure what happened and when. Perhaps you could spell it out in discrete sentences using punctuation? Give us an idea of when things happens in relation to other things.

right; as i had cleaned out my MAF, with the battery disconnected, i put it all back together but to no avail with the cel. I then took it to get the codes read finding on being p1188, while the second i do not remember i do recall it being of emission problem. The next week; however, i cleaned it yet again but this time with both positive and negative disconnected. This is when the stalling problem occurred leaving me stuck with the problem of how to fix said problem. Finding a hose slightly disconnected i reconnected said hose fixing said problem, yet still had a cel. After disconnecting battery yet again to try to fix my door panel, and then promptly reconnecting, and driving for approximately 16 miles, and not up to my usually acceleration, the cel after the second start up was gone. Sorry for poor grammar and punctuation all, but i was rushed for time, and was not at all accurate. In regards to any confusion i do apologize completely.
