z3 cruise control
I have a 2000 z3 without cruise control. Can cruise be added . If so, what type of business would do this? THX

RealOEM.com has a break-out of all of the OEM Cruise Control components. You could buy all of those and have them installed, but it looks pretty expensive.
I have added aftermarket cruise control kits to several cars and they work just fine. There are many choices available. You can do the work yourself or have an independent shop do the work. If you buy an aftermarket kit, it will come with compete instructions. If you really like the OEM cruise control stick on the side of the column, you can probably incorporate just that part. For reference, the speed sensor wire to the speedometer is brown with a red stripe and is located on the small black connector on the back of the speedometer. |

yes it can be done, you need the cruise control module and the cruise stalk.
