They will not - the offsets are too low.

M3 wheels rear offset is only 23

E90/E92 19 inch rear offset is about 34

M3 wheels will be too wide

Thanks all. My tires were worn, one of my rims were bent. My option was buy one rim for $450, buy 4 tires for about $ 1500 totalling to more than $2000 after installing and stuff. Anyway I recently got an email from bmwusa about discount OEM wheel sets on partslane.com.They had brand new 3 series wheels with run flats and tpms for $1800 so I opted for that. I don't know how legit this website is but I guess I'll find out soon. The wheels were described as designed for mid 2007 built 328i but the tires were same as the ones I have and the dealership said the wheels that fit on 2007 will fit a 2008 328i coupe so hopefully this won't be a bad purchase.

Partslane.com had some really nice rims for z4 and 1series but nothing that great for 3 series.
I believe the one I got was "radial spoke 196"

I actually grabbed the last set. I'm just hoping it fits proper.

Thumbs down

So the wheels arrived from Partslane.com but with an issue. Their wheels set description states "Set includes four rims, tire pressure controls and balanced Bridestone Potenza run flat tires." Mine had rubber hose in the tire so knew the TPMS wasn't installed.
The only way to get in touch with them is through chat and all that their customer service people say is "TPMS" is not described. trying to see if they respond to my twitter message. Not sure how else to get to them.
