Pretty sure the M3 wheels have different back spacing to fit the wider fenders & will not fit a regular 3.

Those look like M3 wheels which means the rear wheel back spacing known at ET is large like 47 the front I think is 26 or 27 ET. I installed 19" on my E93 with no issues in the rear and I installed 10 mm spacers in the front. As is the front wheels will most likely contact the strut towers and rub.

Suggest you verify those are 19" M3 wheels and visit realoem.com to get the back spacing there. I would test fit these with your friend as part of the deal because you will have some fitment issues meaning without some adjustments they will not fit directly.

The PCD 5x120 (bolt pattern) is fine and the centerbore as well 72.56 However the wheels will most like stick out by 8 mm in the front and in the rear it will stick out about 12mms
