I bought the Toyos and I am pleased so far, though no rain here yet. Subtle change from run flats, just a tad softer ride. Quiet too.

I had a terrible experience with Hankooks. They were the noisest tires I have ever had, the ride was rough and at about 40k miles they began to cup. Never more!
